The forums for the modules were initially set to moderated, meaning that any questions that candidates have must be approved by a moderator before they appear on the forum. We used this initial setting to avoid a slew of questions before the forums were set up. We have changed the settings to unmoderated: any user, whether registered or not, can now ask questions anywhere. If I we inadvertently left a moderated setting on a forum, let us know (by email to NEAS) and we will correct it.
