To get VEE Credit, I believe you need a B- or better in a course.  Is that true for this?  What is the minimum grade you need on the final exam (assuming you've done all the homework) to receive VEE credit ( greater than B- in the course)?

Do i need Time Series, Regression Analysis and Corporate Finance to get the VEE credit? or is it only Corporate Finance?
