may i know who can be a proctor?

As my proctor has not received any confirmation email from NEAS, I am a little worried if his information is correctly uploaded to NEAS. 
So I'd like to know how many times and when NEAS will email my proctor. Thanks very much!

I will take the exam of Microeconomics on Mar 5, but my proctor did not get the exam and blank exam pater until now.
‌‌I have sent several emails indicating my proctor has not received confirmation email at least 10 days before, however, I did not receive any reply.
‌I am so worried now. Could anyone explain that?
