Standard Excel will not have the ARIMA calculation. Default excel will not have features beyond regression.

But you can add the Add on "NumXL" and get this feature.

Is this link working?
need the NumXL add-in  and I‌ can seem to find it anywhere....
Please someone help …

Is there an excel function to determine the sample autocorrelations?

[We have posted an Excel template with the approprate functions in the discussion thread for the Time Series student project.]

Hi Everyone,

I had some difficulty finding good data sources, so I am posting the ones I have found.  I hope this helps.  I also found a free Excel Add-in for calculating ARIMA and Autocorrelation in the last site below.

Time Series Data Library

http://www-personal.buseco.monash.edu.au/~hyndman/TSDL/

University of Dayton - Daily Temperature Archive

http://www.engr.udayton.edu/weather/

Excel Add-in

http://www.web-reg.de/arma_addin.html#

Thanks,

Chris Johnson
