In Exhibit 3.10, what makes the residuals standardized? Because the standardized residuals vary from -10 to 10 implies that they did not necessarily standardize them as they did in Exhibit 3.11.

Also, in Exhibit 3.12, for a Q-Q graph, how do you come up with the y-value of each data point? How do you choose the quantile marks and why do some data points exceed the -2 and 2 quartile mark?
