I just spent hours on this worksheet. I couldn't regress and match the values. For example, I regress on input as Y, output as X1, X2 (in tab StableRatesData), I don't get results in tab ResidualMatrix(IndexFunction); answers also don't match when I change input column to E(Y), similarly data in tab UnstableRatesData after regression using Excel I can't match solutions in DiscreteChange(UnstableRates).
